Depression
This creature manifests itself as a large bear like beast with a skeletal face plate. It attaches itself to someone, clinging to them tightly, refusing to let go.
Holding a heavy weight on their hosts back, pulling them down. With it soft fluffy fur, making their host feel comfortable being with them, making them not want to leave it’s hold not leave the house, wanting to stay in it’s warmth. However, if the host leaves the house the creature will stay with their host no matter where they go.

Insomnia
This creature manifests itself as an Owl. Clinging to its host, keeping them awake, refusing to let them sleep. Telling them “you have things to do, sleeping can wait till later” but never letting them sleep, always having some new for the host to do.
This creature is dormant during the day, being in much smaller form always on the hosts shoulder, as soon as night falls this creature grows to its full form digging its talons into the host.

Bipolar
These creature manifests themselves as small spirits with long tails and hair, with what looks like a mask covering their faces.
These small spirits cause the illusion that the host has a second face, growing and stretching from their original head, acting as its other half.
The white spirit is the manic spirit. Highly active, bouncing around like an excited child.
The black spirit is the depressive spirit. Lethargic and solemn, sitting around uninterested in the antics of the white spirit.

Anxeity
This creature manifests itself as a worm with large teeth. This small creature burrows itself into the host brain, attaching itself. This creature can creature different states of anxiety, depending on how hard it bites the hosts brain. Causing anything from headaches to full anxiety attacks.
D.I.D
This creature manifests itself as the mask, representing each of the hosts alters. Showing the hosts head is disconnected allowing the alters to easily take control, with black smoke to holding the other alters, along with a second pair of arms.
O.C.D
This creature manifests itself as a Doberman, with scratches and flesh missing from its body, trailing in bloody footprints as it walks through its hosts kitchen. Because of this creatures footprints, this host has to clean them up every time she sees them feeling the need for a completely clean kitchen, obsessing over how clean it is.
